Returns and Refunds

We do not accept exchanges nor returns unless the item you purchased is defective.

  • If you receive a defective product, please email to info@strategic.technology, or reach us at +852 3111 0275 no later than 7 days from the delivery date. All return items must be unused, unmarked and in its original condition. Should an exchange is eligible, a replacement will be delivered without any additional cost and the original product will be collected at the time of the replacement delivery.

• Regrettably we are unable to accept online returns for products purchased elsewhere, refund will only be on purchases through ibrea.com.

• Shipping charges on your original order are not refundable, and all refunds will be processed through the original form of payment.

• Returns from outside of Hong Kong must be covered by the customer. We suggest using a reliable courier as we cannot take responsibility for items lost in the return transit.

The term ‘defective’ is to be confirmed by iBrea, and is defined as: 1) received a different product from what you ordered; 2) received an expired product; 3) adverse reaction.

Please note: iBrea reserves the final right to interpret the terms and conditions herein. Each purchased product can be exchanged once only, and the damaged or defective items have to be returned to us. For enquiries, we typically reply within 3-5 business days.
